You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and communications.
XBOTEX is a marketplace platform and does not take ownership of listed domains.
Payment methods may include optional Escrow.com checkout when available.

2) Prohibited activity

Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or stolen domains.
Trademark infringement or illegal content.
Spam, scraping, or abuse of messaging and notifications.

3) Disputes

If you use Escrow.com, disputes are handled through Escrow.com’s process. Otherwise, you agree to work in good faith to resolve issues.

4) Changes

We may update these terms to improve safety and product quality. Major changes will be posted on this page.
